She was awarded her PhD in Modern European History from the Department of History and Archaeology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in May 2020. Her thesis, entitled \u2018Notions of Female Nature and Education in Early Modern Italy, 16th\u201318th centuries\u2019, was funded by the State Scholarship Foundation of Greece (IKY) and is currently under publication by the Saripolos Library Series of NKUA. She holds an MA in Early Modern History from the Department of History of the University of Sheffield (2014). Her master\u2019s dissertation is entitled \u2018The Woman Question in Early Modern Venice: A Case Study of Lucrezia Marinella\u2019 and her studies were funded by the NKUA Sophia Saripolos Foundation. She received her BA (Ptychion\/4yrs degree) in History from the Department of History and Archaeology, NKUA (2012). Her main academic interests focus on Modern European History, Modern Italian History, Modern Greek History, Gender Studies, Intellectual History, History of Education, History of Books and Book Publishing. She is a Fellow of the Research Centre for the Humanities (RCH) for the year 2024. She is currently teaching as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Economics &amp; Sustainable Development at Harokopio University of Athens and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Italian Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also taught as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of History and Archaeology, University of Cyprus. She was a member of the research project based in NKUA entitled \u2018The European Gazettes for the Greek Revolution\u2019 under the supervision of Professor Dr. Aristides Hatzis. She is fluent in English and Italian and has reading knowledge of French and Spanish.
