Mina Dragouni<\/strong> is a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in the Humanities, specializing in Cultural Heritage Management. She was awarded her PhD from University College London (UCL Bartlett Institute for Sustainable Heritage) in 2017. Her doctoral thesis focused on sustainable development through cultural heritage and community participation. She also holds an MSc with Distinction in Cultural Studies and Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham and a BA in Cultural Resources Management from the University of Ioannina. Since 2022, she has been working as Senior Researcher at Panteion University in the Horizon Europe project “GLAMMONS<\/a>: Resilient, Sustainable, and Participatory Practices \u2013 Towards the GLAMs of the Commons”. At the same time, she teaches as Adjunct Lecturer in the postgraduate programme “Art, Cultural Heritage, and Development Policies” at the Hellenic Open University. Throughout her academic career, she has worked in various universities in Greece and abroad (Panteion University, University of Patras, Newcastle University, Bournemouth University, Open University of Cyprus, University of Portsmouth) and with cultural organisations in research and consultancy projects, such as \u201cImpact evaluation of Eleusis 2021: European Capital of Culture” (2020\u20132024) and \u201cPublic consultantion for the management plan of Hadrian\u2019s Wall – UNESCO World Heritage Site\u201d. Her academic work has been published<\/a> in various international journals and edited volumes (including, the International Journal of Heritage Studies<\/em>, Museum Management & Curatorship<\/em>, Journal of Heritage Tourism<\/em>, and others) and has received more than 1.260 citations. Her research interests revolve around issues of cultural democracy, participatory practices in cultural management and cultural economics.<\/p>\n
